"The driver was great. The area for improvement is customer communication. Eg. There is no confirmation of pick up the day before travel. I emailed the address provided twice and no one ever responded. When I reached a country where I could make a telephone call, the person who answered the phone said ‚Yes?‘ like it was a personal phone number, which was alarming and thought we had been scammed. I had to ask if they were a taxi company and what their name was.         "Plenty of information, easy to access, clean and easy journey, pleasant and helpful driver.
The only thing that would make it better is if I could have a formal receipt e-mailed to me either at the time of book or once the journey was complete"
