"Excellent service and excellent car and driver. Although I had changed the pickup time for the return journey to a later time the car arrived at the original time. This was not a problem just meant a long wait in terminal 2 before check in. However as the traffic around Heathrow and M25 is unpredictable it was a small discomfort.
I would definitely use this service again.
